Cleared for landing

Great day out today with Sue and Carrie at Martin Mere. Our last photo shoot was 2nd November.

When we started out it was raining and bitterly cold so the cafe seemed a good place! When the rain reduced to a drizzle we set off but soon ended in one of the hides when it started to pour down. We were freezing and wondered if we'd get anything today. After quite a while though the rain stopped and the sun actually came out so we had a good wander round the park before lunch and managed another short walk afterwards.

I took over 500 photos most of which will be filed under B.I.N! I have a lot of blurred pictures and headless ducks! I do have some nice shots though which will eventually end up in a file on flickr but not tonight, I still have a lot of panto video to edit ready for the cast and crew get together and video night tomorrow (no pressure there then!)

I was unsure which photo to blip but decided on this one, please try large.. I know it is not as sharp as it could be but I was so pleased to actually catch one in the process of landing. Post processing = crop and lighten.
