Tour de France

It is time to sit down, relax and watch some sport on TV (at last!). The Tour set off today... I see Lidl were ahead in the early part of the stage, thanks to their sponsorship of the Deceuninck-Quick Step team. Just another three weeks to go.
We popped down to our local park for an amble around this morning. There were a lot of the old parkrun crew doing laps. Good to see some friendly faces - the runners all looked rather fit.
