It's been a beautiful sunny day today with blue sky and a few fluffy clouds, the temperature has been more acceptable for June too.  Alfie and Steven visited this morning without Charlie and Arthur as Alfie feels that Luna needs another week to recover fully from her season before she sees the boys again.
My friend Sandra came to see us this afternoon and we had tea by the river where I saw this Red Admiral butterfly resting on a bindweed leaf that has entwined itself with some 'ears of sedge.    The sunlight on the tips of it's antennae made them glow, so pretty.    Luna is now resting after such an exciting day.
