Colonsay.0

After 16 months, I've finally left mainland Scotland! Today I drove with K and Django to Oban, where we had time for a fish supper before the two-hour ferry to Colonsay. Once we'd settled in there was time to take Django for a walk - up to the monument overlooking the bay and across the Sound of Jura to the Paps.

The four of us were supposed to come a year ago, and A will join us on Wednesday, but L misses out. This is my fifth visit, the first being 12 years ago when I took my favourite photo of the girls (see extra). Colonsay is my favourite place on earth, so it's good to be back!
