Lie-in

Bailey and I were not for moving this morning and the grey day offered little encouragement. There was reading and radio listening before we stirred our bones. A walk round the block before  a late breakfast and then I finally got the grass cut. There was also some dead-heading and weeding including the front path and the gravel. Garden and house tidying and doing the washing twice because I forgot to put the washing liquid in the first time. An afternoon nap, the ironing and a bit of telly catch up have finished off Saturday.
