Brown Pelican

These guys are so funny. They gang up around the docks to get handouts. Our friend said one pinched him when he didn’t give him a treat! :—) They may be gangly on land but they are so beautiful in the air. I personally think their looks prove God has a sense of humor! :—) ( maybe they think that about me too… :—))
Restful day today. I went and rescued Bella from boarding at the vets. She was so glad to be home! Johnny mowed 2 big yards and a precious friend came by this afternoon.
I just can’t tell you how much peace we have after this short trip. We got to have laughter and sweet conversation with Trey and Jessica and even with each other. And there is just something about being up at Dawn and breathing salt air.
