The roses I got from work last week are still looking pretty.
I did chores in the morning, washing and tidying. Then had a walk to town for more washing liquid and fat balls for the birds.
Back home for lunch and a little sit in the garden with Gardeners world magazine, before I got on and started to cut the front hedge. But I didn’t get very far as the trimmers needed charging. So I did a bit of gardening in the back and then returned to the hedge. But a heavy shower stopped play.
