Progress

Saxifrages. Wonderful little plants. It is surprising that such an impressive flower can be generated 
from a plant with such a small circle of leaves. I have a friend who used to hold one of the 
National Collections of Saxifrages and wrote a book on the genus.

The patient is doing OK. Swelling going down somewhat. Feet up, ice packs, soothing gel and we have found the NHS aluminium crutches which she had for the hip replacement three years ago. Now we know why they wouldn’t take them back at the time.

As for me I am busy playing the male equivalent of doestic godess. Cooking, shopping, clothes washing and drying and nursing. May be more garden blips for sometime I guess.
