Before and After

I went out for my usual walks today, the first before breakfast, and going around the cricket pitch I could see the preparations well under way for a match.

In the afternoon, I went back, and although I don't normally go as far as the cricket ground, today I did, and the match was over. You could see just one number on the scoreboard.
