In which: god damned stubborn
I set out to exercise every day as a New Year’s resolution but as I’ve got Covid and I loathe the exercise bike (I usually walk) I’ve had to drop from 30mins exercise to 15 and from 610 active calories to 470 yesterday and 350 today as I’m weary.
But I’m still doing more exercise with Covid than I used to do completely healthy. I’m hoping that this will help me to keep fighting Covid into being a slight cold rather than a pneumonic flu
