Sunday ....

..... afternoon!
Well what did we do! We drove to our usual picnic Sunday lunch, spot, but alas there wasn't a parking space in sight. Why , because there was a fair on the green that's why. We then drove along some lovely country lanes and stopped by a beautiful lily pond but it was facing the A22 so not all that quiet . We had our sandwich and cuppa then drove a pretty route to Oxted where we hoped to walk around the green. What was on the green , not a fair but a circus , laughable really. Still the other delight was a cricket match at the other end of the green, so after our stroll we sat and enjoyed the cricket ( until the rain came) . So tho' a mismatch afternoon it was rather enjoyable too.
An enjoyable church service today, thought provoking sermon, do you ever get irritated when you're disturbed ? I'm sure I do , maybe I should take time to think about the person who has " disturbed" me before jumping to conclusions!
