My first thought was that this must be a great place to grow up.

My second thought - seeing these two youngsters glued to their mobile phone screens - was that they might be keen to see the world beyond this area when they get a bit older.

This is next to the River Bela just before it enters the Kent estuary, with the Lakeland fells beyond.
