Cooking al fresco

I was in the supermarket this evening and had an inspired notion to buy a £2 disposable BBQ for a quick evening meal as it was a lovely warm evening. After watching it fail to cook our grilled vegetables and realising there was no hope for our lamb burgers we fetched out our wonderful Cobb which has been lurking unloved in our garage since we moved house. It has usually been used on a boat or for camping as it can safely be moved around even when hot. Ten minutes later sizzling had resumed and dinner was safely back on track.
