The whole damn gang!

Another absolutely astonishing day heat wise, i've never experienced heat like this!   up to 45 degrees out there today!   Had to go get some supplies...seems to be a daily occurrence....and the surfaces in the car were actually untouchable!!!!

Bronwyn, Brighson and Dave left this afternoon.....pretty sad to have to say good bye to them.   Bronwyn and I have had 3 weeks together, mostly on our own...well of course with the little Brighson always motoring about....it has been just so wonderful to have time with just one daughter.    It's been a very intense time for sure, and i'm so happy that we had each other to lean on!   A new baby and all that entails is so wonderful but also pretty overwhelming for the new parents.   Ace and Morgan are doing great, Owen is now 3 weeks old, and he's mostly a pretty easy baby.

My last week ahead will be a very different rhythm .... Morgan, Owen and I will be able to hang out together without all the other distractions, as wonderful as they are, having a little 6 month old added into the mix was interesting.   But again, Brighson is such a laid back little chap, we all did just great.  

So a quiet night for Grammy....it'll be strange but i am ready for a bit of down time.
