Who would have thought...

This is a common "garden weed". I have hundreds in my garden as we are trying to be wildlife friendly. I never give them a second glance.  Last week I was gifted a camera and I thought I would try to take some photos. Blipfoto was going to be my sort of diary to see how (if at all) I progressed over the year.  Today I am blown away. Not because my photography is any great shakes but because I realised how beautiful this "garden weed" is when you actually look closely.  If I learn nothing else from my  photography, I have learnt to look more closely at things that we dismiss so easily because sometimes they are absolutely beautiful.
