Douneside Hotel

We intended to visit the Douneside Hotel at around lunch time. However having parked we noticed we could hear music. Walking towards the hotel we saw that the area in front of the hotel was set up for a wedding.

Having decided the hotel itself was off limits we went for a walk in the grounds. There are a number of areas perfect for wedding photographs. The scene in the photograph could be one of the photographic locations.

As we were leaving we could here the musician had stopped and the ceremony was about to begin. We surreptitiously sneaked away unobserved as far as we are aware. We definitely will not be in the background of any of the wedding photographs.
