Off for a walk around the res...

...but we had to stop to watch the jaws of this machine take off the roof in the next instalment of the demolition of the back of The Fountain. It was done ever so delicately - and then the driver proceeded to move the material into piles according to its recycableness! Still on track for re-opening late summer, apparently...

Jane and Sara and the two dogs set off early and arrived by noon after a speedy journey from the south coast. We had a leisurely lunch, then took the pooches round the res - see extra - the first time I've been round there for a walk since early lockdown as it became so crowded. Back to normal now - just a few dogs with their humans to say hello to ;)
