Except they never do, of course. One of the rigs is probably going back offshore, but before that happens there will be much manoeuvring of three tugs (sorry, "offshore support vessels") and night long roaring. I took the photo this morning and, to be sure, by tonight everyone was in a different place and nothing had gone anywhere.
In other news, it's 18 months to the day since my pre-Covid haircut. I'm now at my hippiest since 1967.
* there is a relevant Moody Blues song, too. "Go now". Which has become an earworm dammit.
