Exeter and Devon Institution

Exeter and Devon Institution at Seven Cathedral Close Exeter.

I have never set foot in this place before and must admit I have walked past it so many times and haven't thought twice about whats inside.

This place is beautiful, even with all the scaffolding in place to protect the members from any bits of falling roof.

The roof of the institution has fallen five inches and is in need of urgent repair the Price tag is £570,000 and counting...
I was sent to photograph the building to go with a feature on the Launch of a major fundraising appeal.
