A quiet day

Lottie slept soundly all night, snug as a bug between our pillows!  I kept waking up and checking she was still breathing, obviously!
She was reluctant to go outside this morning but we walked round and round the garden until she had done what was required!
Into town and the vet was lovely and gentle with her. She gave her a thorough examination and decided it had most likely been a bee sting or insect bite. Lottie was given an anti-inflammatory injection and seemed much more relaxed and less tense in her back legs by the time we got home.
A gentle, quiet afternoon in the garden and Lottie was back to normal. Such a relief! Having animals can be quite stressful at times!
A glass of red wine or two was required to relax those of us who didn't get an injection!
