Self Care Together 29 - Random Act of Kindness

Haven't made a random act of kindness as can't force it really has to be spontaneous, I think.

Haven't done much today apart watch some tennis & footie. Walk after tea round the park just to get out the 4 walls.

This is black lace elderflower starting to flower in the garden.
