Blackbird Gathering Nest Materials

Another damp start, but again it clears up nicely. On a walk around the park I notice this blackbird picking up materials for a nest. It was taking great care to pick up dry grass of the right length. 

in the afternoon I do a short bike ride before coffee, then another walk up to the T-Wood again.
