Meet The Gang

We drove to Knowle to meet our friends (known collectively as The Gang) for lunch at The Red Lion. Pete had arrived, in his new sports car, this morning in time to join us. He is here this weekend as we are having a gathering of family for my mother's 90th tomorrow.

We had a very sociable lunch and drink before heading home to Stratford. Once there we decided to walk into town for a late coffee.

Later this evening Pete and I spent a lot of money buying our plane tickets to Tokyo; this was after a lot of internet searching and deciding Virgin Atlantic was the best option. So Golden Week in Japan will once again be graced by my presence.
