Tufty

I do love Phillippe our resident male pheasant. He may have lost a few feathers, ruffled a few feathers along the way but the feather in his cap is without doubt the marvellous way he has looked after his hens here. 

His wattle is the most amazing red, his plumage ranges from fiery red to chestnut brown with an iridescent sheen of green and purple. Just look at those cute ear tufts too. I'm sure all his girls think he's the bees knees.
