Peace Rose

A quietish day with dad.
Went to Kirkcaldy for a seafront walk then had breakfast in Costa.
Read, watched Wimbledon and made curry for dinner.

This peace rose comes from a rose bush which once belonged to my grandfather (mums dad)
It’s been in a few gardens over the years.
He died in 1961 a year before my parents married.
That makes this rose way older than me!

A son-in-law and a daughter had their second covid jabs today. That’s us all done (apart from gorgeous grandson who is too young obvs)
