Project 365 day 180: Roadside Orchid

When P came back from his daily morning walk, he told me he had seen an orchid just along the road, so after coffee with C in his conservatory, I went to find it. I haven't yet identified the species: after midnight last night, when I couldn't decide whether any of the illustrations in my trusty Keble Martin corresponded exactly with the photo, I gave up and went to bed. I'm still struggling to keep up with posting photos the day I take them.
