Top of the Crown Range

We went over to Frankton (outside Queenstown) to shop for a few things this afternoon.  They had had a heap of snow early in the week. The fields were covered in snow, the car park at the shopping centre had snow shovelled to the sides.  It was a cold day and the road over had been gritted - care was needed.  One extra of Lake Hayes on the way back.  Could have kicked myself for not stopping on the way over.  It was stunning.
