Letter to the universe

We went to a memorial service for a great man tonight. Dr. Mark Snow was a brilliant chemist and taught biology to all three of my children. He recently lost his battle to a rare form of cancer. When he realized he didn't have much time left here on Earth, he wrote letters to his wife, his two children, his unborn grandchildren and to the Universe. This is my daughter Amanda reading through the book of letters.

I'm so tired....I wish I had the energy and words to describe what a moving memorial I just experienced for this great man. Perhaps I'll write more tomorrow.
