Ash and Field Maple

A much nicer day today... bright sunny intervals and no rain (so far).

I went out this morning with my large format camera to the Millennium Wood at Castle Camps. I think that here it's pretty hard to find an image suited to this type of photograph but I am pleased with this.

A lot of the ash trees planted here have suffered from 'Ash Die-Back' and have been replaced... this is one of the originals that seems to be hanging on...
