A grand day to be out

This morning's bike ride was the highlight of my day, so is the subject of today's blip. The weather was just beautiful. I keep having to remind myself how lucky I am to live where such lovely countryside is so close to home.
The top image is of the old stocks in Kettlesing Bottom to the West of Harrogate. The lower image is near to Clapham Green above the village of Birstwith. Fine countryside for cycling, albeit a bit hilly in places.
