Is that legal?

I was flying my drone behind the house from the car park opposite.
It isn’t strictly allowed… but….
A lady dog Walker came by as I was landing.
She said, “is that actually legal?”
What she meant was, I don’t like drones and you shouldn’t be doing it. Because I don’t like drones.
I showed her some pictures and explained that I’m a photographer.
I’m not bothered.
