Mothers Day

Nice and leisurely Sunday today. I invited my mum down for mothers day but she couldn't make it due to my dad being at work, unfortunately.

So the change of plan was for me to be chef for the day and cook a slow roasted pork, which the kids loved, and these beasts of Yorkshire Puddings also adorned our plate.

Shame my ma couldn't have enjoyed my cooking, but at least my girls enjoyed it!
