Today is Hong Kong SAR day. I had made this cake when I became a Hong Kong citizen.

Hong Kong will always have a special place in my heart. It’s been sad to see so many more residents leaving as the new security law has taken away many freedoms.

Day 2 of lockdown here. Jon was keen to drive to Marcus beach so I did take him out for a 1/2 an hour drive. Thankfully it’s not a strict lockdown.
