Portobello Beach Edinburgh Day 199

A grainy rainy Saturday. Only those compelled to walk their canine friends or committed to their daily run are foolish enough to be out on this very chilly and uninspiring day.

Inspiration, however, was a top of the menu yesterday evening at Robin Baillie's Art Exhibition opening at the Dalriada Bar on the Joppa Promenade. He is a local artist who has painted some stunning pictures of Portobello seascapes. The Exhibition runs until Thursday 18th April. ( Monday and Tuesday closed, Wednesday and Thursday 12-11pm, Friday and Saturday 12-12pm and Sunday 1230 - 11pm). A great place to go on a rainy Edinburgh seaside day!
