Close, But No Cigar

The big day arrived, the kitchen was due from IKEA this morning and I have been very excited.

Two very nice chaps duly arrived and unloaded a mountain of carcasses and other boxes from their van.

Then they set about drilling and hammering until 3 o'clock.

Then they left.

I should not have been surprised. It is Friday after all.

They said they would return Monday and it will be finished on Tuesday.

I had no idea my little kitchen would be such a big job.
