Flower Friday

Thank you very much for your concern re my shoulder. After a good night’s sleep and knowing the family had arrived back in the U.K., I feel fine today so stress must have been part of the problem. Hard to believe that when my husband drove home yesterday every time he accelerated or went over a bump in the road, my shoulder was in pain. Unfortunately the family’s belongings have been held up at Customs so the earliest they will get their stuff is Monday. That is a shame as they haven’t a lot to do over the weekend and can’t go out due to isolating. Their golden retriever panted for an hour when they got home and has been sleeping most of today. 
My husband trimmed the beech hedge behind our garages today and I picked up all the debris so a good job done there and we both had our hair trimmed this afternoon. This is one of the many poppies I have which have all self seeded.
