Tempted

We went into London today.  The excuse was to see the Landscape Photographer of the Year exhibition at Waterloo station.  I have to admit, it was a bit disappointing.  Firstly, it was a significantly smaller exhibition than in previous years.  Secondy the images were a little predictable - ie similar in style and subject matter to previous years,  Thirdly the quality of the exhibition was poor;  several of the prints had noticeable banding and several of the captions contained errors or omissions and at least one referred to a non-existent image.  As I say, disapppointing.

However, we had a general wander around the South Bank on a pleasant warm and sunny afternoon, which was enjoyable.

The train to and from London wasn't too busy, but there were noticeably more people not wearing masks, despite the notices requiring passengers to wear masks.
