My Engine

Today, I did my first Tour of the Battenkill. Officially, it was my first real road race. The best thing I did to prepare for it was to mountain bike. The short, poppy climbs and efforts were just like those found in mountain biking.

There isn't a limb on my body that doesn't have a bruise or cut from the last few weeks of mountain biking.
