promise…..

this morning i went for coffee to a friend who lost her father and her husband in the last few months……it was a lovely time…..a.lot to talk about….
the rain had just stopped so i could walk to hers so i got my steps in as well…..i came past a blackberry bush….a bit to high up to pick from when they are ripe, but it made a nice blip….
