Afternoon spent with Wimbledon - Le Tour - and Euro football in the background - sorting out walking routes file - M took R for an outing to Sainsbury’s - unlike myself - R enjoys shopping - to buy ingredients for forthcoming menus - did like that fact that a multipack of Bounty Bars was bought - not on the list - as a treat for me - may have to eat one if England score in their Euro match tonight
