Female pheasant

It's not one of the best pictures but I only had the chance to take one picture before she disappeared into the tall grass...I haven't seen a female pheasant in years so I wanted to archive it in my journal…over here they are over hunted and I was afraid I would never see them here again ..so I was very happy when I saw one .. also saw a male one but he was already in high grass …
