Cormorant

On our bike ride today we spotted this cormorant high in a tree above the river. Don’t think I’ve seen one in a tree as tall as this before.

Today we took the train from Dachau to Moosburg and cycled back (69km). It was beautiful scenery (see extras) and was the last (third) day of the AAR (Amper-Ammersee-Radweg) 3- day bike ride. The route follows two rivers and the Ammersee. Germany is full of amazing bike routes, each one carefully signposted and usually they are car free. We finished the day at a local outdoor pool. Loving these long, warm evenings.
