Clear water

I wasn’t looking forward to talking to people while wearing a mask but it wasn’t too bad. There were lots of people to talk to. It was nice to see people.

During the afternoon we were aware that there was a baby blackbird in the shop. I’m pleased to say that he was reunited with his mum by the end of the afternoon.

HtP met me afterwards and we had a nice walk around before trying to go for a pizza. However the restaurant was being used for a wedding reception so we went for a pie and mash at another.

The image is a swan on the River Itchen. The water was so clear. And the extra is the Scotch Thistle that we saw on our walk.
