A mainly overcast and humid day with some occasional sunny spells, rain, thunder and lightning thrown into the mix.

I managed to get out for a couple of walks and notched up 12,500 steps.

This plant was growing at the side of Gate House Lane. I'm six foot tall and it towered over me.
