Botanical gardens

We didn’t realise at the time but we were all here this time two years ago!
Cambridge botanical gardens, you can’t go wrong on a sunny day for a wander round the grounds.
The kids enjoyed themselves; Anya on the hint for fairies with her new birthday book (extra) and Max leaping across the stepping stones in the water garden and hiding in the bamboo. We managed to get a table for lunch and even managed to visit the greenhouses despite Covid restrictions.
Mum still isn’t 100%, she’s much quieter than usual, more tired and seems to have lost confidence. She puts it down to the medication, which she hopes to have reduced very soon. Still, lovely to see her doing much better all things considered.
