Fireworks

It’s been so hot and dry here that fireworks almost everywhere in the state are banned on the Fourth of July. We could buy them in the county we live in, and we may or may not set some off tomorrow night. The police have said they won’t go looking for people using fireworks, but they will charge anyone known to start a fire accidentally. We didn’t get any that shoot up in the air…just sparklers and smoke bombs and things the kids love. Don’t turn us in if you live here. We promise to be careful.
