I did a solo and early 5K at the park as running buddy Sally wanted a rest this week. Next, the parkrun core team practiced setting up our new longer finish funnel in anticipation of the restart in a few weeks time.

I am cautiously optimistic that it will happen this time.

I'm less optimistic about us using a double funnel. I am just not sure that the number of runners we have warrants the extra work.

Then it was on to the Bakehouse for tea, toast and tiffin. They had got some made especially for Jim

which was nice. A whole load of gardening followed and my Dad arrived just as I was about to collect Chinese food. He said he had already even but joined us for more.
