Peach pie for Canada Day!

A Canadian neighbour of ours is throwing a (slightly belated) Canada Day party; however, as Mama and Papa are still on their holiday and I'm at work, it's only Rosie going. She's taking snickerdoodles and my contribution is a peach pie using my Grandma's recipe. Pies were always the taste of summers in Canada when I was a kid, and Grandma Reed's peach pie was always a wonderful treat, eaten in the sunshine with a scoop of ice cream! Heavenly!
