Rhubarb,rhubarb!

Quick blip as I am getting the meal ready for our friends coming this evening.

Have just taken the dessert out of the oven.
Rhubarb and orange flan.

Our friends at the farm shop were very excited yesterday as a TV chef has ordered some rhubarb from them.

You may have seen Tom Kitchin on TV. He runs The Kitchen Restaurant in Edinburgh. 1 star Michelin. and numerous other awards. (Always seems a nice guy on TV . Has curly hair!)
I looked up his menu and his rhubarb dish is as follows

Baked Highland crowdie cheesecake served with poached rhubarb and jelly and rhubarb sorbet.
Sounds very nice (can someone tell me what crowdie is?)
Price £10.!!

Haven't decided what I am charging A & K tonight!!

Well back to it. (Mushroom and garlic prawns to start, and Cassoulet for main course.)
