Sunday treat

Today I picked the first of the tayberries and blackcurrants that were planted during #lockdown1 last year. The tayberries are a bit rough-looking but taste delicious. More to come soon. All the fruit are growing on difficult land - surrounded by my neighbour’s massive trees, so it’s dry and shady in the summer but there’s no other place to move them to, which is slightly annoying. But also - yum!
